Mentor Program

YouTube/Social Media

Do you want to start your own blog, website, or YouTube channel, but have absolutely no idea where to start? I have done all of the above after countless hours of research, trial and error, constantly tweaking this and that. I want to help you save yourself that time! Whether you are a yoga teacher or have other content ideas in mind, I am here to help you through the entire process, give advice, and answer questions.

If you want to start a YouTube channel, it can be incredibly overwhelming to do it all alone. I can help you set up your account, film and edit your first video, recommend equipment, talk through content ideas, and much more. You can check out my channel and see if you like my style and video quality.

Starting a blog or website can be just as daunting. There are so many things to consider from which platform is right for you, what theme would work best, how to take compelling photos, etc. Let me assist you, answer all of your questions, and be a helping hand throughout the process.

But of course you also have to worry about promoting on social media! I have a system down that works very well for me. I have learned a lot of tips and tricks along the way and I can help you find your own system.

Last but certainly not least, photography. Unless you have a photographer following you around all day, it’s hard getting good images. I studied photography so I can walk you through how to use a camera that’s not on your phone and the best editing apps, leaving you feeling comfortable capturing photos on your own. But I am happy to run a photoshoot with you to help you get started so you can always have images on hand.

If you need help in any or all of these areas, I would love to help you out with your online journey. Please contact me at and we can get started! We can meet in person, talk over the phone, or Skype from wherever you live.

New Yoga Teachers

I still remember the stress of being a new yoga teacher. Once I registered with Yoga Alliance, I had no idea where to go next. However, within my first 6 months of teaching, I was transitioning into teaching full time. And here I am years later still doing it.

I have given advice to many new teachers on finding their voice, gaining confidence, building classes, sequencing, staying organized, and more. Teaching yoga is incredibly rewarding, but can be stressful. I want to help you relieve that stress.

Let me answer your questions and help you get started on this wild journey. If you are interested, please reach out and email me at

I look forward to hearing from you!
