Whether you have an injury or physical limitation, want to learn the mechanics of alignment to dive deeper into your practice, or work towards specific poses, private sessions are a great alternative to public classes. I will tailor the practice to your body and goals. Questions are always welcomed, especially if there’s a cue you always hear in class but don’t understand or can’t feel in your body. I use hands on adjustments when needed so all the pieces start falling into place and you can take your practice to a new level.
Both one-on-one, co-privates, and small group classes are available.
