Whether you are a brand new beginner to yoga or just want an easy-going class that isn’t too long, Dip Your Toes into Yoga will hit the spot. In this 42 minute class, you will get a full body practice, finding mobility in your joints in all of directions. Work from your feet to your shoulders. Expect to practice on the floor, hands and knees, and standing. As we move through many common yoga poses, there are plenty of instructions so you can start to learn basic alignment, the actions required, and observe how the poses feel in your body. Another perk? No chaturangas!
