Downward Facing Dog Class


In this 52 minute class, we take a full look at Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward Facing Dog. You will work from your toes to your fingers, examining the actions that are required in each area of your body – legs, pelvis, core, shoulders, etc. By the end, you will not only have gained a deeper understanding of the pose, but also a greater connection with yourself.
