Life is stressful, which can physically manifest. Use your yoga practice as a tool for relaxation and reduce those stress levels! This class is a combination of little bit of gentle yoga and a whole lot of restorative. Recommended props include a bolster, blanket, and 2 blocks. If you don’t own a bolster, you can stack pillows or fold up an extra blanket.
