Full Body Reset at Springs Yoga

The shift between seasons can be tough, so slow down and take time to align yourself. Give your body and mind a reset. Join Madison Best for a simple warm up followed by long-held, relaxing, restorative poses to release any physical tension. We will dive in deeper by ending with a meditation to absolve emotional tension. You will leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the year. Social Media Basics for Yoga Teachers at Yoga Collective

In this day and age, social media promotion can make a big difference in growing your studentship. With so many platforms to choose from, and each having their own rules, it can be overwhelming. In this workshop, we will break it all down. Learn Instagram basics, including how to use hashtags, efficient ways to repost content you love, and tips for creating your own graphics. We will also go through each step for running ad promotions on both Facebook and/or Instagram so you can get your content seen.
