Holiday De-Stress at Springs Yoga

Give yourself a break from the holiday mayhem! Join Madison for an extended restorative practice. We will use long-held supported postures to relieve any physical manifestations of stress, followed by breathing and a short meditation to clear your mind. Relax and refresh so you can enjoy this season of joy and cheer.
