This remote 60-minute class includes exercises that connect you with yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga that is accessible to all levels, breathwork, and meditation. May’s classes will begin with a few moments for journaling, followed by a movement practice and a meditation to guide you into sweet, sweet savasana. This class will be accessible for everyone, including beginners. This is more about *feeling* than poses. Meeting yourself with intention to foster healing.
