Yoga Class for Connection

Merry Christmas! My gift to you this year is a new, free, yoga class on my channel!

The holiday season is a busy time, no matter what you celebrate. We run around shopping, cooking, going to parties and events. We are pulled in a million different directions. During the mayhem, we get stressed, tired, and often forget to take care of ourselves too.

Stop and give yourself 25 minutes of yoga for connection.¬†Reconnect with your body and your breath. Stretch your hip flexors and your hamstrings, which is perfect if you’ve been traveling. There are plenty of twists, which you would think would still make you feel pulled, but they require that we move from our center. And there is nothing like that feeling of release after a deep twist.

Move at your own pace.

Stop when you need to.

Hold a pose a little longer.

And please, don’t forget to gift yourself too.

This class is perfect for the holidays, but it is also great to practice in this week before the new year. Take it slow and put yourself back together. Observe how you feel now. Then ask, “how do you want to feel?” Spend the time reflecting so you can enter 2018 connected. When you go to create goals and intentions, they will come from your heart, from what you really want and need.

This class is great for all levels and requires no props. Step away from the family, roll out your mat, and relish in having time to breathe.
