Due to COVID-19, all in-person classes are cancelled. However, there are other ways to practice with me.

- Pre-recorded classes with Form Yoga’s online platform.

REMOTE CLASS SCHEDULE
10:00 – 11:30am, All Levels via Yoga Collective
4:00 – 5:15pm, All Levels via Springs Yoga
Classes are held via Zoom. Register through the studios like you would for an in-person class. 15 minutes before class time, you will be emailed the Zoom meeting invitation.
Whether you have an injury or physical limitation, want to learn the mechanics of alignment to dive deeper into your practice, or work towards specific poses, private sessions are a great alternative to public classes. I will tailor the practice to your body and goals. Questions are always welcomed!
One-on-one, co-privates, and small group classes are available.
Privates are 60 minutes with an investment of $100.
Currently all sessions are remote, via Zoom.
I have worked with private clients of all ages and all levels. I have experience working with high school and college sports teams, including boys and girls soccer, tennis, basketball, and wrestling. Plus, I’ve assisted Adriene Mishler of Yoga with Adriene on her Find What Feels Good Roadshow.
